Our Ethos

At The Olde Post Inn, we design our menu seasonally. We use the best of Irish ingredients, cooked simply and highlighting their flavour.

We connect directly with the producers where possible, which ensures that we are getting the best of seasonal produce, in turn helps the sustainability of the local producer.

Pan roast Chicken Breast, croquette potato & Irish Whiskey Sauce

Roast rump of Lamb, garlic pomme puree, mint & pea jus (G-Wheat, MK, CY)
