Our Ethos

At The Olde Post Inn, we design our menu seasonally. We use the best of Irish ingredients, cooked simply and highlighting their flavour.

We connect directly with the producers where possible, which ensures that we are getting the best of seasonal produce, in turn helps the sustainability of the local producer.

St Tola Goats Cheese, Kataffi pastry, guacamole, beetroot, toasted seeds

Bacon & Cabbage Terrine, baby leek cream

Crispy Duck wontons, pickled cucumber, hoi sin sauce

Main Course

Free Range Chicken Breast, croquette potato & Irish Whiskey Sauce

Slow cooked Pork Belly, colcannon with an apple & calvados sauce

Fish of the Evening

All main course are served with seasonal vegetables & potato
