Our Ethos

At The Olde Post Inn, we design our menu seasonally. We use the best of Irish ingredients, cooked simply and highlighting their flavour.

We connect directly with the producers where possible, which ensures that we are getting the best of seasonal produce, in turn helps the sustainability of the local producer.

Scallops
pan fried, Doherty’s black pudding, coral cream

fillet, pan fried, sauté garlic Dublin Bay prawns

dry aged, beer battered onion, bearnaise sauce

Seabass
fillet, grilled, red pepper, chive, lime & olive oil dressing

Duck
roast pekin, braised red cabbage, Cointreau sauce
